Why am I not receiving my emails from Belle Rock Entertainment?

Anti-spam filters have been used by many internet service providers to block out unwanted messages. Unfortunately, these filters may be blocking your emails from Belle Rock Entertainment too.

• Start Outlook.
• On the "Tools" menu, click "Options".
• On the "Preferences" tab, click "Junk Email".
• On the "Safe Senders" tab, click "Add".
• In the "Add address or domain" dialog box, type "BelleRockEntertainment.com", and then click "OK".
• Repeat for @bellerockentertainmentgroup.com and @bellerockentertainmentgroup.co.uk
• Click "OK" to close the "Junk Email Options" dialog box.
• Click "OK" to close the "Options" dialog box.

Hotmail or MSN

• Open your Hotmail mailbox
• Click on the Options drop down box in the top right hand corner underneath your name within Hotmail
• Select "More options"
• Under the heading "Junk e-mail" click on "Safe and blocked senders"
• Click on "Safe senders"
• In the box enter @bellerockentertainmentgroup.com
• Click on "Add to list"
• In the box enter @bellerockentertainmentgroup.co.uk
• Click on "Add to list"
• In the box enter @bellerockentertainment.com
• Click on "Add to list"

Yahoo Mail

• Click on Options in the top right hand corner of Yahoo
• Select Mail Options
• Click on "Spam"
• Under "Blocked Email Addresses"
• Enter bellerockentertainment@bellerockentertainmentgroup.com in the "Add a blocked address" box
• Click on "Add"
• Enter bellerockentertainment@bellerockentertainmentgroup.co.uk in the "Add a blocked address" box
• Click on "Add"

AOL

• Open your AOL mailbox.
• Click on Settings in the top right hand corner of AOL
• Click on "Spam Controls"
• Select the "Allow mail from" button
• In the box enter @bellerockentertainmentgroup.com
• Click on the green + button
• In the box enter @bellerockentertainmentgroup.co.uk
• Click on the green + button
• Click "Save"

Gmail

• Open your Gmail mailbox.
• Click on “Settings”.
• Click” Filters”.
• Click “Create a new filter”
• In the “From” box, type:  @BelleRockEntertainment.com  and click “Next Step”.
• Tick the “Never send it to Spam”
• Click “Create Filter”.
• Repeat for @bellerockentertainmentgroup.com and @bellerockentertainmentgroup.co.uk

Comcast

• Select the “Compose Email” button.
• Select the “Edit” link above the “Favorites” box.
• Select the contacts in your address book that you wish to add to your Comcast webmail favorites list and click “Add.” You can add up to five contacts to the list.
• Repeat for @bellerockentertainmentgroup.com and @bellerockentertainmentgroup.co.uk
• Click “Save”.
