The first of the two deals are a distribution agreement inked between PokerStars and prominent online casino software developer Yggdrasil Gaming. The mentioned deal will enable the PokerStars brand to offer to its players an array of top slots developed by the acclaimed developer. Popular Yggdrasil slots scheduled to be ported to the brand’s platform include Valley of the Gods, Multifly, Sahara Nights, and many, many more.
In addition to PokerStars making available Yggdrasil Gaming’s content to its local player-base, the developer’s games will also be rolled out across Sweden, Romania, Italy, Denmark, and Spain. These countries are all regulated online gaming jurisdictions in which regions The Stars Group holds iGaming licenses.
Yggdrasil Gaming chief executive officer, Fredrik Elmqvist, is obviously stoked about the recent new agreement successfully concluded. Describing the new partnership as being a true milestone achieved for the developer, Elmqvist said that the entire team was thrilled about the latest development on the global distribution front.
The CEO hailed The Stars Group’s PokerStars brand as being one of the largest, most prominent, and altogether best-known online casino and entertainment brands in the industry. The distribution deal, explained Elmqvist, will enable the development giant to distribute its extensive range of slots to an even wider global audience that that enjoyed at present.
The second online casino deal inked by The Stars Group is a shared-services agreement alongside prominent B2B marketing platform supplier BlueRibbon Software. The BlueRibbon agreement will enable the PokerStars brand to offer to its players the opportunity to reap all of those benefits associated with bespoke player-experiences made possible by cross-channel collaborations. The focus, said BlueRibbon chief executive officer and co-founder Amir Askarov, will be on player-engaging jackpot promotions.
The agreement to BlueRibbon Software represents a confirmation of its own capabilities in the field of the development and implementation of creative and innovative marketing solutions, said Askarov. BlueRibbon Software’s own platform, which is geared at player engagement as well as player retention, explained the company’s CEO, can only further enhance PokerStars’ own overall online casino offering.
